Netron launches NAVI, an AI knowledge management system, with key features and 2-hour deployment.

Netron officially announces the launch of the NAVI Enterprise AI Knowledge Management System.

Netron officially announces the launch of the NAVI Enterprise AI Knowledge Management System, featuring three core characteristics: open integration, enterprise-level security, and a low-entry threshold. This product not only allows switching between multiple large language models (LLMs) and generation modes with one click, but also includes an exclusive in-depth video analysis function. Through Open API, companies can freely call APIs and integrate them with their own systems, as well as with third-party software. Additionally, NAVI Enterprise AI Knowledge Management System has a built-in hierarchical access management mechanism in the backend, helping IT and data units create independent generation paths after identity verification according to different departments and employee levels. This ensures that during the company's AI innovation process, the risk of data leaks is minimized, and the accuracy and speed of document searches within the enterprise are improved.

Netron is one of the few companies in Taiwan to have obtained the AWS Generative AI Competency, becoming an AWS partner with this certification. Combined with another certification for managed security services (AWS MSSP - Managed Security Service Provider), Netron helps businesses implement AI solutions while addressing both practical implementation and information security challenges.

In addition to exclusive video deep analysis, it also enables LLM switching and hierarchical access management

The NAVI Enterprise AI Knowledge Management System promotes a simple and intuitive user interface, supporting one-click switching between various large language models and generation modes, including text-to-text, text-to-image, image-to-text, and the exclusive “video-to-text” function. By using frame-by-frame slicing technology, video footage can also become a source of prompts. When a company uploads internal training or online meeting recordings, NAVI can automatically identify elements within the footage and generate data for the knowledge base, including analyzing presentation content within videos, solving the past issues of mismatches between text and visuals that required manual verification. It integrates diverse knowledge assets and ensures ongoing updates to various models and functions to meet enterprise AI generation needs.

According to a Forrester survey, among 220 decision-makers in the AI field in North America, 31% are concerned about security risks, and another 31% question governance mechanisms and whether employees can proficiently use complex AI systems. Therefore, when designing the NAVI Enterprise AI Knowledge Management System, Netron specifically included hierarchical access management functions. This allows companies to create independent knowledge bases and data sources based on different employee AI generation needs, with corresponding permissions allocated by hierarchy, all centrally managed for authorization and auditing, protecting sensitive business information. Netron CEO Aries Lee stated: "Over the past few years, Netron has stood out for its responsive services. With the emergence of generative AI technologies, we quickly invested technical resources in R&D, passed rigorous technical audits, and earned AWS Generative AI Competency certification. This enabled us to develop NAVI, an open, secure, and easy-to-use AI knowledge management system that meets businesses' demands for generative AI solutions and applications."

Aiming at enterprise generative AI needs, leading the way into the AIGC 2.0 era

The NAVI Enterprise AI Knowledge Management System offers an AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) quick installation method, enabling companies to complete the NAVI product deployment within as little as two hours. Its standardized process design not only significantly reduces system integration costs but also gives internal AI teams the ability to configure the system flexibly, ensuring seamless integration with existing operational workflows. AWS Taiwan and Hong Kong General Manager Robert Wang stated: "With the business opportunities brought by generative AI technologies, AWS continues to empower partners through leading cloud services, driving their innovation and growth. This year, Netron successfully obtained the AWS Generative AI Competency certification, demonstrating its technical prowess and successful customer use cases. We believe that Netron's NAVI AI search service will help enterprises unlock their business potential, inspire innovation, and increase efficiency, supporting more companies in leveraging the potential of AI and cloud services to accelerate industry innovation and seize the opportunities of generative AI."

Faced with the paradigm shift brought by generative AI, Netron will continue to lead the way with the NAVI Enterprise AI Knowledge Management System, balancing security, cloud infrastructure, and ease of entry. This system allows companies aiming for AI-driven transformation to quickly gain a competitive advantage in the era of Gen AI at an affordable price.
